Accepted Forms of Online Payment

Visa and MasterCard. We must have a credit card on file for any Block of the Month program member that requests regular shipping.


If you would like to mail in a cheque for your order, please let us know. We will ship items after payment is received and cleared.

Shipping and Handling

When you order from us, your shipping will be FREE if you purchase $100 or more. For purchases under $100, shipping charges will be applied.

Most orders ship out the next business day via Canada Post using Priority Post Service.

K&A Quilt Studio reserves the right to cancel an order and refund your money at any time for any reason.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must notify K&A Quilt Studio within 3 business days from receipt of your order. Any returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returns should be in original condition and packaging and include proof of purchase. Cut yardage, copyrighted materials (books and patterns), and sale items cannot be returned. Postage fees are non-refundable. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be provided in the form of a store credit.

In the unlikely event of packing errors or damaged merchandise, please call K&A Quilt Studio immediately and we will work out the details on a case-by-case basis.


Fabrics not sold as part of a kit are sold by the metre. Our minimum cut is 1/3 MTR (0.3) unless otherwise indicated..


All items are subject to applicable HST.
