Got lots of leftover batting?  How about 2-1/2" fabric strips?  Here's a cool scatter rug to use them up!  Cut fabric and batting into 2-1/2" x 42/44" strips.  If your batting strips are not long enough, learn to use fusible tricot to fuse them together.  Pattern includes two finishing options.  Zigzag method is easier.  Reversible sashing looks more finished.
